Attitudes About Aging: Women's Lunchtime Memory Workshop in Miami

As we age, it's natural to have questions about cognitive health and wellness. Join us at Christ the King Lutheran Church for "Attitudes About Aging," a special lunchtime workshop designed specifically for women in our community.

This session's featured topic is "Does Your Memory Still Work?". We are thrilled to welcome our guest speaker, Shane Connolly, the Director of Community Outreach for the Memory Training Centers of Florida, to share his expert "quips and tips".

During this interactive and supportive program, we will cover practical, everyday topics including:

Brain Exercises

Functional Strategies

Emotional Health

Supportive Services

Come connect with other women, learn valuable strategies for memory care, and enjoy a wonderful meal together!
