About Christ the King Lutheran Church

Founded on Christmas Day in 1961, Christ the King Lutheran Church has been a beacon of faith and community in southern Miami-Dade County. As the largest congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America in Miami, we are deeply rooted in the Lutheran tradition, embracing both evangelical and catholic expressions of faith.

Our mission is to share the good news of Jesus Christ through word and deed, fostering a community bound together by God's mission. We are committed to growing in faith, understanding, and reflecting the love and power of Jesus Christ to others.

At CTKMiami, we value forgiveness, generosity, and deepening our spiritual lives. We strive to model these values to our children and create a greater sense of community among those who gather for worship, study, and service.

Our worship is joyful, reverent, and centered on the presence of Christ. Whether through traditional liturgy or contemporary praise, each service invites us to gather in God's name, sing cherished hymns and psalms, hear God's Word through Scripture and preaching, and come to the table of Holy Communion.
